We’re super excited to welcome two Impact Directors to our team.

Dr. Vardhan Patankar boasts an impressive background in marine systems. With a Ph.D. in Coral Reef Ecology and Conservation Biology, Dr. Patankar spearheads the design and implementation of conservation project impact frameworks, processes and policies.

Refilwe Mokoena brings over 15 years of international development expertise. Her focus on impact management frameworks and participatory appraisal approaches is evident through her service on the boards of the Small Enterprise Foundation and the Change Agents Network of South Africa. Refilwe holds a Master’s in Public and Development Sector Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of the Witwatersrand.
